Group Dramatherapy
I offer group Dramatherapy sessions providing a supportive space for collective exploration and expression. These sessions, available both face-to-face and online, use drama, storytelling, and creative techniques to foster connection, build confidence, and support emotional well-being.

Each session lasts 50 minutes, allowing the group to engage in meaningful activities that encourage self-expression and mutual support. Before joining a group, I offer a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and ensure that Dramatherapy is the right fit for you.

Blobs, Feelings and Wobbly Moments.
It all began on a perfectly ordinary Monday morning, at least that’s what Ben thought. But when he opened his eyes, he was met with a shocking sight! A huge, wobbly blob sitting in the middle of his room…

Meet Flob the Blob.

Just like everyone, Flob can be messy, have wobbly moments, and sometimes find life too sticky. Join Ben and Flob on their journey where they learn about dealing with big emotions, relationships, and self-expression.
This is a 10-week group dramatherapy intervention currently for primary school-aged children aged 5-11 years for anyone who is currently on the waiting list or has received a diagnosis of ADHD and/or Autism.
